This application form is intended for eligible startups seeking funding support under the Assam Incubation and Startup Policy 2025, under Department of Innovation, Incubation and Startups, Govt. of Assam.

Applicants are required to select the appropriate funding category and provide complete information relating to the startup, founders, business model, market validation, funding requirement, impact, and supporting documents.

Applicants should ensure that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Incomplete applications or applications submitted under an inappropriate funding category may not be considered for evaluation.

Please keep all relevant documents and supporting information ready before starting the application.
